Year End Review 2024

2024 ended on a high. And 2025? Hopefully even higher!

Back in November, I started my advisory/consulting business after working on the idea for several months and speaking to founders and experts in my network.

Here’s what I’ve been working on:

1️⃣ Managing real estate and workplace projects for a MDAX-listed Berlin-based tech company

2️⃣ Advising Zinnov to help German and European businesses enter India & emerging markets

3️⃣ Advising real estate developers in understanding tailored corporate real estate needs and investment opportunities

4️⃣ Provide market studies and recommendations for repositioning industrial assets

5️⃣ Support PropTechs/ConTechs in getting market leads and a better understanding of real estate market requirements

While there’s still some work to be done (hello, homepage👋), I’m excited to share what I’m working and help my clients succeed in one thing: focusing on their core business.
