What Happens When Different Fields Unite

I recently joined the International Digital Dialogues by the Bundesministerium für Digitales und Staatsmodernisierung and European Commission. During networking, a participant said this after I shared my background.

And it resonated.

I shared my background in international real estate, technology / proptech integration, market entry, and advisory at Zinnov, supporting multinationals setting up technology hubs in India and emerging markets.

At first glance, these might seem scattered. But they're deeply connected.

Understanding and analysing macro and micro trends is crucial when helping companies enter markets globally. This includes real estate, and is often done by real estate teams. Technology transforms how you operate.

Each perspective strengthens the others. They allow you to connect the dots. And my experiences are the foundation for why I advocate for stronger EU-India ties and collaboration.

Working across sectors isn’t always obvious. But it offers connections others might miss.
