To Claude or not to Claude. A family office just answered that question for the real estate industry.

Someone posted an anonymized job in a tech group I'm in: AI-assisted coding skills for their real estate arm.

Knowing how slow our industry is in adopting technology, this increased my focus and curiosity even more, and I think many still underestimate how quickly this change is coming. Not to replace your work, but to demand additional skillsets.

Out of curiosity, I ran my own profile against the job description and asked Claude to build me a learning program to close the gaps. That's how fast this can move if you're willing to engage with it.
