What I've learned since starting on my own?

The opportunities to collaborate and create mutual value.

When I formally started my "own thing" in November last year, I didn't expect the readiness of a whole ecosystem of partnership possibilities.

From:

1️⃣ Advisor roles
2️⃣ Project partnerships
3️⃣ Fractional leadership
4️⃣ Interim management

For example, when I opened up India Rising to guest articles from fellow Risers, I was amazed by the quality of insights people wanted to share and the connections that formed as a result.

Furthermore, once I started communicating publicly that I am standing on my own feet now, conversations with fellow entrepreneurs began flowing naturally. Skin in the game is important, and attracts partners to test out ideas, and to collaborate.

So if you're in the same spot, but don't know how to start or execute, think of the many approaches you could take.
