Back in Singapore
It has been 2 years.
Time to go back to Singapore.
While primarily a personal trip to reconnect with family and friends, I'm excited to finally meet some connections in person (hey Charles!), attend talks/exhibitions, and explore the latest urban developments.
My itinerary for the 1st week of October includes:
➡️ Keppel South Central: very excited to check out this impressive new mixed-use development by my former Keppel (Real Estate Division) colleagues.
➡️ New Bahru: the much-talked-about redevelopment of a former school that's not only eye candy, but a brilliant example of adaptive reuse.
➡️ Dyson HQ: the magnificent transformation of a former power station.
➡️ NUS Department of Architecture: attending a session on "Design and Planning in the New Infrastructural Order", covering semiconductor fabs, data centres, and AI campuses.
If you think I'm missing any must-see new developments or events, would like to meet up while I'm there, or have insights on any of the places I mentioned, please reach out!
