A Panel on Doing Business in India
Joining ICC YAAF and Young MCIA in Zurich.

One year of TEPA.
Since the EFTA-India trade agreement entered into force, the questions from Swiss companies have become practical.
How to structure a partnership in India, and what to do when it does not go to plan.
On Tuesday evening, I'll join ICC YAAF and Young MCIA in Zurich for a panel on doing business in India, with a focus on contracting strategies for Swiss companies.
My contribution: why India matters, and what companies look for when entering the market.
Where that meets contracting: in India the relationship comes first, and the contract has to reflect that.
Structures and processes that work well in Europe can strain a partnership in India long before any dispute arises.
I am joining remotely from Berlin, alongside Tobias Bär (Flughafen Zürich), Ali Amerjee (DLA Piper), Zarah Kronbach (Migros Bank and YPN of the Swiss-Indian Chamber of Commerce) and Janine Haesler (Vischer).
Thank you Janine, Eleni Serifi (ICC YAAF), and Roopa Mathews (Young MCIA) for having me, and to VISCHER for hosting.
The event will take place in person in Zurich, free of charge. Link in the comments.
