2026: Time to Double Down

2025 was the start of building.

2026 is to double down.

I took some time over the break to reflect on my first year of self-employment. The biggest takeaway? The cross-border opportunity is even bigger than I thought.

Here is where my focus lies for 2026:

I’m continuing to bridge the gap between developers and CRE teams. Leveraging my wider ecosystem in Germany and internationally to:

Provide market access
Create off market opportunities
Support your portfolio or projects.

➡️ India market entry + real estate:

The momentum is real and cross-border collaborations are accelerating. Excited for the year as advisor with Zinnov , and supporting cross-border partnerships.

The community support here has been incredible. We saw positive traction in 2025, and I have some great announcements coming that will continue to connect the corridor.

While my core offerings remain, Year 2 is dedicated to focusing even more.
