Securing a Place Called Home

"I worked with Peter at Wayfair when he represented the Real Estate and took on the task of setting up our India TDC real estate strategy.

What is strikingly amazing for me was how quickly he learnt about the entire Bengaluru-India landscape even though this was the first time he set foot in the country. Being here for decades, I am truly ascribe value to that as it is a pretty complex landscape.

We were amongst the fastest growing GCC and his carefully crafted strategy kept us in lock-step with our growth bringing greatest value to the employees and the work they did.

Peter is one of the most collaborative person who will aligns with company strategy and needs to create the best outcome. He routinely stretches himself for the larger good. A case in point was that during a very critical phase of the project he had to work intermittently during his holidays and during the year end break to accomplish the work. I never saw him be upset about the same. He also exhibited high degree of integrity working for maximizing the value for the organization.
